Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so before the item has been dispatched. A refund will be issued to the payment method used to complete the purchase. To cancel an order not yet dispatched, please call 0126 885 6246. If the item you wish to cancel has already been dispatched, please follow the Returns procedure below.

Returns

Tech Team 4 You are confident that you'll love your Call Blocker. However, if, for any reason you wish to return your item, you may do so within 14 natural days. Subject to the exclusions listed below, Tech Team 4 You accepts returns for the following reasons:

  • The Item arrived Faulty
  • The Item was damaged in Transit
  • The Item differs significantly from that described
  • An erroneous order was delivered
  • You no longer wish to keep the item

In all of the above cases, a return must be initiated within 14 natural days of receipt.

Instances where Tech Team 4 You SHALL NOT accept a return are as follows:

  • The Item has been tampered with in your possession
  • The Item been damaged in your possession
  • 14 natural days have passed since you received the Item

In addition, items which develop a fault within 60 days of purchase can be returned to us for replacement or repair. After 60 days, the Manufacturer's warranty must be used.

All returns will be checked by our team to ensure that the returned item is complete and in an acceptable order in line with the details you have provided. Where you believe an item was damaged in transit, please take a picture of the packaging how it arrived as it may be needed for us to claim against the postal service.

Refunds

Valid Cancellations & Returns will initiate a refund to the Customer's payment method used to complete the purchase. Tech Team 4 You is unable to offer a refund via any method other than the one used to complete the purchase. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement but may take longer depending on your bank. You will receive a notification from us when a refund has been initiated.
