Cancellations & Refunds for Engineer Service Agreements

At Tech Team 4 You Limited, we aim to make your experience straightforward and transparent. If you decide that your agreement is not right for you, we offer flexible cancellation options in line with consumer protection standards and our commitment to fairness.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to cancel your Tech Team 4 You Limited agreement within 14 days of the agreement start date and receive a full refund – provided no service has been made during this period. For the purposes of this document, a Service will be considered a repair request, whether completed or not.

After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, you may still cancel your agreement at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of your agreement, regardless of whether a service has been given.

Refund Methods

If a refund is applicable, Tech Team 4 You will initiate the funds to be sent via the original payment. We are unable to issue refunds via alternative methods or to other credit/debit cards.

Expiring plans

Please note that Engineer Service Agreements with Tech Team 4 You are NOT subscription services and therefore will not renew periodically. To extend your time, a new agreement will be ordered.
